Learning how to eat with colitis is a challenge. Being able to tolerate juiced fruits and veggies is wonderful for me. The red cabbage, celery, carrot, apple juice I just drank, doesn’t provide the crunch it used to, but it still tastes great. Non-acidic juice (no tomato juice) with no pulp, satisfies my cravings and doesn’t bother my digestive tract, and I get my needed nutrients! (I now drink my salads!)
