Hmmmmm

Research indicates a link between gut bacteria and multiple sclerosis, that is prevalent in individuals with MS and may contribute to the disease’s development. Studies suggest that gut microbial composition can influence the immune system’s activity, potentially triggering or worsening MS symptoms.

Gut bacteria are implicated in microscopic colitis (MC) through a phenomenon called dysbiosis, which involves lower bacterial diversity and altered populations of certain bacteria, such as an increase in Proteobacteria and a decrease in beneficial bacteria. This imbalance may contribute to the inflammation seen in MC.
