I sleep better, and wake up feeling so much better.

I have always been a side sleeper. MS weakens my muscles, and while sleeping (a period of inactivity), my hips and shoulders “collapse” and I wake up so sore. I had been seeing my chiropractor about this, but changed my pillow and started sleeping on my back. I can’t believe how much better I feel! The pillow I am using, is a cervical pillow. Look them up, I love it.
