I am thankful for the colostrum my body produced when it did. I’m sure it helped create our healthy babies and I think breastfeeding might have helped my disease at the time. I haven’t noticed anything beneficial from taking colostrum now and decided to not order any more when I ran out.
What I am excited about now, is the GI Revive I just started. This colitis I’m living with is a bummer and I’m sure battling with it affects the way my body handles MS too. A very close friend of mine told me about GI Revive, said it helped her leaky gut. I’ve been reading about it and just received my first jar of it. I will keep you posted on this. I’m hoping for a happy gut!
I had an appointment with a GI Doctor about my colitis today. He thought I should not do the GI Revive, because of the Aloe Vera and Prune in it. (I had noticed these two ingredients in there and wondered about them.) He prescribed a 5 week steroid treatment. He said I might gain a little weight, because of the steroids. A small price to pay, if this clears up my digestive problem. Though, my 40- year high school class reunion is rapidly approaching and I hope I don’t plump up too much! 🙄
