Following an anti-inflammatory diet , may help reduce inflammation. Anti-inflammatory foods: Beans, avocados, sweet potato, citrus fruit, leafy greens, nuts, fatty fish, berries, tomatoes, coffee or tea, apples, whole grains, dark chocolate, fermented foods, extra virgin olive oil. Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory supplement. If it can’t hurt and might help, why not?
